34 more school wake-ups to go until Christmas!

Welcome to Autumn Two Year Six,

How are you all? I hope that you managed to relax over the last week and didn’t spend too long on TikTok, Minecraft or Roblox! Only two more days of home-learning until we are all back together. Below you will find another short video from me and a couple of photos of Mrs Abley sporting her ‘Brave the Shave’ T-shirt as she will be completing the challenge this evening - courtesy of ‘The Traditional Barber Shop’. She has promised us the ‘after’ photos and a video of the event too which I will try to post on here tomorrow.

For today’s English tasks, please complete the following and remember to email your results to the following address:

1. 10 mins reading aloud to an adult. You should all have a school reading book at home.
2. Ensure that you have completed all of the spellings set on Wednesday 21/10. They are still accessible on the page if needed.
3. Reading comprehension: Again I have attached different levels of ability and the answer sheets. It was good to know how many of you commented on any mistakes you made last time, and learnt from them.

Mr Martin will be providing your Maths work and Mrs McDermott will upload today’s Geography lesson in the ‘Other Subjects’ area.
