Our Nursery builds a firm foundation for those children who stay with us in Reception. For instance, the same phonics that is started in Nursery follows through into the rest of the school.

Whilst children are in Nursery, there are opportunities for them to build connections with staff in Reception so that the move through into school is smooth.

Our Nursery offers 15 and 30 hour places as well as a lunch club. Our core offer of phonics and maths sessions take place each morning so we do encourage regular attendance and consistency for our children. We do understand that parents and carers work different patterns and may still want some time during the week with their child. Should you require a more flexible offer, please speak to us about what we can accommodate.

Children can join our Nursery from the term after their third birthday. Due to demand for places and organisation, the majority of our offers are made with a September start day. We do occasionally have a January intake should we have capacity. This means some children spend over a year in our Nursery.

Applications to Nursery are made directly to school. Children can be put on our waiting list as soon as you have copy of the birth certificate. The below form and birth certificate should be bought to the school office to apply.
