PSHE

St. Michael's C of E Primary School is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience to all our pupils. Our curriculum defines and supports the whole ethos of our school.

At St. Michael's, our Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE) Curriculum explores and discusses healthy relationships, social responsibility and personal well being, whilst promoting fundamental British Values.

PSHE is integrated into our curriculum through SMSC, our values and the principles underpinning our school mission statement.

  • We are committed to demonstrating values of honesty, forgiveness and respect in our lives.

  • To live each day by the teachings of Christ, following his examples in our heart and through our behaviour challenge ourselves in academic study to achieve our potential and approach each day with determination and resilience.

  • Develop an understanding of and empathy for others regardless of their social background and strive to teach all people and all things, with consideration and respect.
